Lyssa is a Human Resources Business Partner with a background in Talent Acquisition, Outplacement, Policy Development and Employee Relations.  With a Master’s in Teaching, a BA degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Relations Lyssa always knew she wanted to help others.  She decided that supporting and counseling others in life and business was a natural path.  Lyssa knows that happiness is important in finding the right career.  Her passion is helping others find joy in their careers and life.  Lyssa believes we should all work to live and enjoy what we do for a living every day.  

Lyssa has 20 years of Human Resources Management and Consulting experience.  Lyssa is a member of the board of directors for the Northern Illinois Society for Human Resources in Management (NISHRM) and a member of the Society for Human Resources in Management (SHRM). She also serves as a mentor with College Bound Opportunities (CBO).
